You can easily make your eyes up on your own through applying simple and easy-to-follow steps. There is not just one color or one way for eye make-up as it depends on the occasion that you are going to attend, the time in which you are going to appear with your eyes and the color of your eyes also. There is daytime make-up and evening make-up for your eyes and both of them differ in the colors that are used for applying them as in daytime you have to use light colors to suit the places to which you go and to match the strength of the sunlight, while in the evening, you can use dark colors to be more observed and to show the beauty of your eyes.
A perfect eye make-up can be achieved through using high-quality make-up products that may come to be little bit costly and more expensive than other products which do not give you a satisfactory result and you can also get a catchy eye through applying the make-up in a right way. To be able to do it on your own and to get a catchy eye make-up, we provide you with the following steps to make it easy for you.
♦ Concealer: Start your eye make-up with applying the concealer on the circles under your eyes to cover the dark areas. Apply three dots of your concealer on the circle under each eye starting from the inner corner for being the darkest area outwards and use your ring finger with its soft pad to PAT the concealer until it disappears and do not ever try to rub it.
♦ Eyeshadow primer: After preparing your eyes using concealer, apply eyeshadow primer to your eyelid and this will help you to make the shadow last and stay in its place for a longer time because it has a good base.
♦ Eyeliner: There are two types for eyeliner; the liquid liner and the eye pencil but there are also some women who make use of dark eyeshadows that they already have and apply them instead of traditional eyeliners. For applying dark eyeshadows, use a slanted brush after wetting it and if you want to use other eyeliners, then you will need to apply them on your upper eyelid and make it as close as possible to your upper eyelashes. Start lining your eyelid from the inner corner outwards.
For the bottom eyelid, start lining your eye from the middle of your eyelid outwards and make it also as close as possible to your bottom eyelashes.
♦ Eyeshadow: You can use just one color but it will be better for you to use more than one color or tone for your eyeshadow and blend them well with each other. Start with the light tone that matches the color of your lid and apply it starting from the lid to the brow bone.
♦ Highlighter: Use a highlighter or the lightest eyeshadow you have for brightening your eyes and this is limited to the inner corner of your eye where the two lids meet each other and do not apply it to the whole eye. Use a brush or just your finger with the lightest eyeshadow and press it in the inner corner of your eye.
After finishing highlighting your eye, move to your brow and highlight it using the same eyeshadow that you used for highlighting the inner corner of your eye. Focus on highlighting the middle of your brow bone outward.
♦ Mascara: Use a lash curler to curl your eyelashes and make them look longer before applying the mascara. Apply the mascara to your eyelashes, whether they are the upper or bottom ones, starting from the bottom of your lash outwards.
