  1. I usually only put an online review when I am upset about a product or service, so this is one of the rare times when I have been so happy with service I want to write about it. The customer service at Omnis Network is outstanding. I used to have my website designer do everything for my business site since I don’t know much about the internet. But when I was having a problem with my email for my site, and I couldn’t reach my designer, I got into a panic. I called Omnis tech support and they were able to calmly and patiently describe what the problem was, and how to fix it. Now I actually do a lot more of the management of my website. And anytime I need help, Omnis is there for me.

  2. They have a lot of features that are automated. Website tools worked really well. Load time for scripts (like Joomla /MySQL) is pretty fast. Tech support is pretty good too. I had a few problems uploading my site the first time. They were quick to spot the problem and help me to fix it. So I appreciate that.

I like the fact that Omnis will insert DNS records to my site when they’re not even my registrar. So I transferred to Omnis my other hosting accounts for their inexpensive dedicated IP address offer. No complaints as of yet.
